By accessing or using links.fitness ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

links.fitness provides a platform for fitness creators and influencers to create landing pages showcasing their affiliate product recommendations. You supply your own affiliate links and retain 100% of any affiliate commissions earned through those links.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to distribute spam or malware

5. Affiliate Links & FTC Compliance

You are solely responsible for the affiliate links you add and for complying with FTC disclosure guidelines. The Service provides automatic disclosure banners as a convenience, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
